Regional Partnerships
Firmly rooted in its local area, the Bnu has an association agreement with the University of Strasbourg and is a member of the Alsace university site, which includes the University of Strasbourg, ENGEES, ENSAS, HEAR, INSA and the University of Haute-Alsace.
It is also a natural partner for the Grand Est region, the city and the Eurometropole of Strasbourg, particularly in the field of cultural cooperation.
National Collaboration
At a national level, it is the depository of the legal printing deposit for Alsace on behalf of the Bibliothèque nationale de France, and is involved in the CollEx-Persée national scientific information programme.
International Partnerships
The Bnu is active at an international level, within the framework of EUCOR-Le Campus européen, the Bibliotheca Baltica association and the many partnerships it is developing with German, Nordic and Eastern European libraries. As the depository of the library of the Council of Europe, it is also working increasingly closely with the European Parliament, with which it has signed an agreement for 2019.
