RESILIENCE Supports GRAPHIA in Creating a Comprehensive SSH Knowledge Graph

RESILIENCE will support the EU funded project GRAPHIA in its aim of creating a comprehensive SSH (Social Sciences and Humanities) knowledge graph that consolidates fragmented data into a single access point.

Integration of Fragmented Data into a Unified Entry Point

GRAPHIA aims to create the first comprehensive Social Science and Humanities (SSH) Knowledge Graph designed to integrate fragmented data into a unified entry point. The focus will be on disciplines within SSH, which contribute essential knowledge to society influencing culture, economics and ethical decisions among other factors. The project is expected to run from January 2025 to December 2027.

RESILIENCE’s Support

GRAPHIA’s effort is highly supported by RESILIENCE, which is dedicated to integrating its valuable, widely distributed data related to the study of religion into the broader SSH Knowledge Graph. This integration not only ensures that ReIReSearch’s data becomes accessible to a wider audience but also facilitates the platform’s expansion with heterogeneous data from archives and research. In collaboration with the Centre for the Study of the Second Vatican Council, their archival data will serve as a pilot for this expansion.

Data within Social Sciences and Humanities

By contributing to the GRAPHIA project and the development of the first comprehensive SSH Knowledge Graph, RESILIENCE is helping to improve the accessibility and usability of data within SSH, promote innovative research, and support informed decision-making within the SSH community.
