To allow a successful implementation of RESILIENCE's future training programme, we are working on a Training Services Management Plan. The initial design of the plan is now available.
A Training Services Management Plan is a plan that contains all the relevant information needed to develop a user-centred training programme and training prototypes, as well as how to plan and implement the various training courses.
This beta version serves to explain the basic structure and main components of the plan: the training programme (the future curriculum), a description of individual courses and a Training Management Compendium for course management.
For several reasons, RESILIENCE is convinced of the necessitity of a dedidated training programme for the research on religion, like the variety of languages and scripts in which the sources are transmitted, the diversity in sources and the difficulty in accessing these sources. Access therefore plays an important role in the design of the training programme, both from a physical and digital perspective.
